“By the seaside” embroideries

Embroidery made by hand in Normandy.

Through small details embroidered on the surface of the work , the blue fabric becomes sea, the embroidery hoop becomes a porthole, and the gaze no longer stops at the surface, but flees towards the horizon.

Small embroideries: diameter between 8 and 10 cm.

Large embroideries: diameter between 18 and 20 cm.
